・共用のキッチンがあります。キッチンには簡単な調理器具が備わっています。
・共同リビングでは食事ができるほか、宿泊者同士の情報交換の場としてご利用ください。

    ・リビングは23:00まで、キッチンは22:00までのご利⽤となります。
・Common lounge is available until 23:00, Kitchen is available until 22:00.

・温水洗浄機能付トイレをご利用できます。

・シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープをご用意しております。

・チェックインは3:00pm-8:00pm、チェックアウトは7:00am-10:00amまでとなります。
・チェックインが20時を過ぎた場合、お一人様1,000円を別途現金にて頂戴しております。また22:00を過ぎても来店がなく、連絡が取れない方はキャンセルとみなします。ご了承のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。
 最終JR到着までチェックイン可（最終JRでお越しの際は必ずご連絡をお願いします）
・朝7:00前にチェックアウトされる方は事前にお申し出ください。
　なお貴重品はご自身での管理をお願い致します。
・お支払はチェックイン時に全額お支払ください。
・Check in time is 3:00pm-8:00pm, check out time is 7:00am-10:00am.
・ If check-in is after 20:00, please pay 1,000 yen per person in cash. Also, if you do not come to the store after 22:00 and cannot contact you, we will cancel it. Thank you for your understanding.
If you are taking the last train to Nemuro,you will be able to check in.
・If you plan to check out before 7am,Please let us know in advance
・You can store your luggage before and after CheckIN / Out.(free)
　Please manage the valuables by yourself.
・Please pay in full when check in.You can pay by credit card.

【お荷物預かりサービス】

ご宿泊者のみ10:00〜15:00 ／翌⽇14:30まで無料 （時間外でのご利⽤は１時間につき200円頂戴しま す。）
・チェックアウトされてからの館内のご利⽤は、 チェックアウト⽇の14:00までお⼿洗いをお使いいた だけます。その他、時間外でのご利⽤・お⼿洗い以 外のご利⽤は別途料⾦を頂戴いたします。

【 Luggage storage service】

Only for hotel guests 10: 00-15: 00 / Free until 14:30 the next day. If you use it after hours, you will be charged 200 yen per hour.
In addition, you can only use the restroom after checking out. In addition, a separate fee will be charged for use outside of hours and use other than restrooms.

・過剰なサービスの希望や、スタッフや他の宿泊者様に対する威圧的な対応をされた場合は、 警察に通報し、直ちに当ゲストハウスのご宿泊を遠慮いただき、今後のご宿泊もご遠慮いただきます。

・ If you request excessive service or if you are intimidating to the staff or other guests, we will contact the police and immediately refuse to stay at our guesthouse, we will refuse to stay in the future.

キャンセルポリシー

* 到着日の2日前までは、無料でキャンセルできます。到着日の前日にキャンセルした場合は、宿泊料金の50%が請求されます。ノーショー（無断不泊）の場合、宿泊料金の100%が請求されます。

cancellation policy

* You can cancel free of charge up to two days before the date of your stay. If you cancel 1 day before the date of your stay, 50% of the room rate will be charged. In case of no show, 100% of the room rate will be charged.
