・共用キッチンがあり、簡単な調理器具が備わっています。
The kitchen can be used until 22:00. Cooking utensils, dishes, and tableware are also available for use unless otherwise noted. Please wash, dry, and put away dishes after use.

シャワールーム

シャワールーム/Shower Rooms ～23:00まで 翌朝5:00~
2つのシャワールームがあり、自由にご利用いただけます。
There are two shower rooms, both of which can be used from 5:00 until 23:00.

宿への到着・チェックイン時刻のお知らせを前日までにお願いしております。当日に到着時刻の変更が2時間以上ある場合はご連絡をいただきますようお願い申し上げます。

On the day of your reservation, please let us know if your arrival time has changed by more than two hours.

【到着が20:00を過ぎる方】
到着時間が20:00過ぎる方～必ずご連絡をくださいますようお願いします。朝食付きプランの方～到着が20:00を過ぎる時には到着前に朝食を和・洋のどちらになさるか先にお伺いしております。
If your reservation includes breakfast and you are going to arrive after 20:00, please contact us before 20:00 and let us know when you would like to eat breakfast, which is served 07:00 - 9:00. Please contact us if you change your arrival time by more than 2 hours.

【門限について】
チェックインを完了しましたら、それ以降は門限なく出入り自由です。
Once you have completed the check-in process, you are free to enter and leave the guesthouse at all hours; there is no curfew.

【最終受付】
午後11時が最終受付です。午後11時を過ぎてご連絡がない場合はノーショーキャンセルとします。
If we do not hear from you before 11:00 pm, your reservation will be considered a no-show cancellation.

無料駐車場が9台ございますが先着順となり駐車場の予約は受け付けておりません。トラックなど大きな車も駐車可能です。
Parking: There are 9 free parking spots, but they are on a first-come, first-served basis and we do not accept parking reservations. Large vehicles such as trucks or vans can also be parked.

【お支払いについて】/ Payment

・チェックイン時に全額をお支払いください。（クレジットカード利用可）
Payment: Reservations are paid in full during check-in if not already paid for online. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, and some electronic payment applications such as PayPay.

【お荷物預かりサービス】/ Luggage Storage Service

ご宿泊者のみ10:00～15:00 ／翌日14:30まで無料（時間外でのご利用は１時間につき200円頂戴します。）・チェックアウトされてからの館内のご利用は、チェックアウト日の14:00までお⼿洗いをお使いいただけます。その他、時間外でのご利用・お⼿洗い以外のご利用は別途料⾦を頂戴いたします。
Luggage Storage: Check-in begins at 15:00, but you can leave your luggage with us from 10:00 to 15:00, as well as until 14:30 on the day you check out. (Luggage storage outside of this time frame will cost 200 yen.

・ If you request excessive service or if you are intimidating to the staff or other guests, we will contact the police and immediately refuse to stay at our guesthouse, we will refuse to stay in the future.

キャンセルポリシー

* 到着日の2日前までは、無料でキャンセルできます。到着日の前日にキャンセルした場合は、宿泊料金の50%が請求されます。ノーショー（無断不泊）の場合、宿泊料金の100%が請求されます。

cancellation policy

* You can cancel free of charge up to two days before the date of your stay. If you cancel 1 day before the date of your stay, 50% of the room rate will be charged. In case of no show, 100% of the room rate will be charged.
